Samantha Yong has joined YTL Hotels as its Director of Marketing & Communications.Based in Malaysia, she oversees brand strategy, media relations, and digital engagement across YTL Hotels’ Malaysian resorts and international portfolio.

Samantha brings more than 15 years of industry experience from her previous roles at Deloitte Malaysia, Monash University Malaysia and Pavilion Kuala Lumpur.

Koh Mui Leng has joined Montfort Care, a social service agency in Singapore, as Deputy Director of Corporate Communications.In this role, she drives the organisation’s branding, media relations, and stakeholder engagement strategies, strengthening the agency's voice and presence across the sector. Mui Leng also oversees strategic communications, executive messaging, and crisis communications and leads initiatives to build trust with funders, donors, partners, and the community.

Mui Leng brings more than 20 years of experience in marketing and strategic communications in the not-for-profit sector, spanning both the arts and social services.

Energy and commodities trading group, BGN, has welcomed Sharon McKoy as Group Head of Communications. Based in Dubai, she heads up global communications for the energy business, which has a 10 per cent share in the global LPG market. 

Before joining BGN, Sharon helmed global communications at another international commodities trading group, EuroChem AE.

Sharon brings more than 25 years of senior communications experience to her new role, having also held leadership positions at organisations including ADNOC Group and the UK Ministry of Defence.
