Energy Networks Australia has promoted Emma Shanks to Chief External Affairs Officer. She first joined the team in 2023 as General Manager, Corporate Affairs.
With in-house comms experience spanning 18 years, Emma was previously Head of Public Affairs at Ausgrid, following roles in the Australian government.
