Endamia Decour departs Doha, takes up directorial role in Tokyo

Endamia Decour has returned to Mandarin Oriental as Director of Marketing and Communications in Tokyo. In her new appointment, she oversees the hotel’s brand strategy, marketing communications, digital platforms, media relations, and luxury partnerships, while leading the positioning of Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo as a prominent luxury destination in the city.

Beginning her career agency-side, Endamia moved in-house to Mandarin Oriental Jakarta as Communications Manager. She later relocated to Qatar and spent over a decade serving senior roles at luxury hotels including Four Seasons Hotel Doha, Raffles and Fairmont Doha, and The Plaza Doha.
