Ruder Finn Era has been appointed as Emirates' PR agency of record for Southeast Asia, following a multi-agency pitch. The agency will lead communications strategy and execution across markets including Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Malaysia.
The remit spans both Emirates' consumer travel and B2B cargo communications, delivered through a strategic mix of corporate storytelling, market insights, reputation management and locally grounded engagement with key stakeholders.
