Eden Baker starts at Australian AI infrastructure

Gabrielle Adams has been welcomed as Senior Communications Manager, Media and External Communications, at Scentre Group (Owner of Westfield destinations in Aus and NZ). She was previously at Johnson & Johnson for four and a half years as a Senior Manager, Corporate Communications for both ANZ & APAC.

Gabrielle was previously a journalist at Nine, where she held various positions across the network, including the TV newsroom, and Deputy Editor for nine.com.au.

Australia for UNHCR has appointed Lara Cole as Senior Communications and Media Manager. In her new role, she will be responsible for driving brand profile, media engagement and fundraising outcomes through strategic communications, campaigns and advocacy.

Lara was previously at UNICEF Australia as Media and Public Affairs Manager. Prior to this, she gained in-house experience across the not-for-profit and arts sectors.

Communications consultancy, Defined Media, has launched PrepWithMe, a communications training and coaching platform available globally.

Developed by Michael Kearns, Founder of Defined Media, the platform helps users to prepare for conversations such as media interviews, public speaking, board updates and investor updates.

Michael brings three decades of combined experience in communications and journalism, having worked at organisations including CNBC, CBC and Brunswick.
