Lisboa Food and Wine has welcomed Doris Ching as Assistant Marketing Manager. In her new role, she oversees marketing for The Grand Buffet and L'Atelier de Jo�l Robuchon Hong Kong.
Doris last served as the Cluster Senior Marketing Communications Executive for AKI Hotel Hong Kong - MGallery Collection and Novotel Century Hong Kong, hotels within the Accor Group. Prior to that, she honed her comms and marketing skills serving hotel brands including Hilton Garden Inn. Doris started her career in journalism with Apple Daily and HK01 before pivoting into comms.
