Deloitte bolsters sustainability comms efforts with promotion

Deloitte has elevated Austin Chen to Manager, Sustainability Communications & Brand Strategy in Taipei. In this role, he leads sustainability brand strategies, coordinates executive communications, and drives cross-functional initiatives that bring together marketing, media relations, and sustainability thought leadership. He also cultivates stakeholder partnerships across industries, academia, and public associations to increase Deloitte’s brand influence in Taiwan.

Austin joined the firm’s communications and brand marketing team in 2022. Prior to that, he built his communications portfolio with Cathay Life Insurance, where he led sustainability projects and marketing communications. He started his comms journey supporting social impact communications at World Vision.
