The Digital Cooperation Organization (DCO) in Riyadh has named Rebecca Cousins as Chief of Outreach and Global Communications. She joined the DCO after more than six years with Red Sea Global, where she was most recently Senior Director � PR & Communications.
Rebecca also brings agency experience from Burson and has spent nearly 15 years in the region, working across KSA and the UAE in marketing, communications and sales.
