Crestview Strategy welcomes Consultant, Chief of Staff - UAE

Rachel Tarabay has joined Crestview Strategy as Consultant, Chief of Staff in the UAE. In her role, she supports leadership in business development and strategic growth, with a focus on expanding Crestview’s presence across the Middle East and on strengthening relationships with senior stakeholders in government and the private sector.

She joins Crestview following roles at several strategic advisory firms, including Consulum, FGS Global, FTI Consulting, and most recently, Teneo. At Teneo, she advised government, investment, and corporate clients across sectors such as healthcare, energy, culture, and financial services, with a focus on strategic communications, reputation, and stakeholder engagement.
