See Wee Heng has taken on a new role as Deputy Director, Marketing & Communications at e2i (Employment and Employability Institute). Based in Singapore, he leads the organisation’s marketing and communications function to strengthen e2i’s brand positioning in employability support, job matching, and employer engagement.

Wee Heng brings with him experience across the workforce and public sector ecosystem, having held leadership roles at the Institute for Human Resource Professionals, NTUC LearningHub, and the People’s Association.

 
 

Fiona Koh has joined Grab Singapore as Communications Lead. In her new capacity, she leads external communications, corporate branding, and on-ground events for the company in the Singapore market.

Fiona brings more than two decades of agency communications experience from Asia PR Werkz, FleishmanHillard, Grayling, and FINN Partners Singapore.

Sarah Hartree has started at the Victorian Department of Health as Senior Engagement Advisor. She has moved in-house after nearly four years at 89 Degrees East as Senior Policy and Stakeholder Engagement Advisor. Prior to consulting, Sarah worked in corporate affairs at Bank Australia.
