Catherine Payne has joined the National Disability Insurance Agency as General Manager of Strategic Communications. She has finished her time at Western Sydney Airport as General Manager External Affairs and Communication, Corporate Affairs. Prior to this Catherine worked in-house within the government and utilities sectors.
