Carla Verboeket (née Penman) has joined Watercare Services as its new Capital Programmes Communications Lead / Senior Communications Advisor. She has wrapped up her time at Health New Zealand, most recently as Senior Communications Advisor, Northern Region.
Carla was previously a journalist for TVNZ, the New Zealand Herald and Radio New Zealand.
