Boutique Bars & Amici welcomes marcomms manager

Gabriella Stephanie has started a new role as Marketing Communications Manager at Boutique Bars & Amici. 

Based in Indonesia, she leads marketing communications activities spanning media relations, branding and storytelling, reputation and crisis management, events and social media across multiple hospitality and nightlife brands, including The Iron Fairies in Bali, Hong Kong and Manila, Maggie Choo’s, and Amici by Enrico Bartolini. Prior to this, Gabriella worked at MĀUA Nusa Penida by Swiss-Belhotel International in a similar role.

Umana Bali, LXR Hotels & Resorts has promoted Faishal Azhar to Marketing & Communications Manager. In his new role, he oversees the resort’s marketing communications strategy, including brand positioning, media relations, partnerships, social media, and integrated marketing initiatives.

Faishal was most recently Assistant Marketing & Communications Manager at the property, where he led communications efforts for the resort’s grand opening and supported the launch of Uma Beach House. During this period, he managed campaign development, media engagement, branding, and event execution.

He brings communications experience from previous roles at Marriott International, Hyatt Hotels Corporation, and KebunRaya.id.

Praveen Randhawa has been named Chief Communications Officer at Income Insurance.

Based in Singapore, she oversees corporate communications, including media relations, reputation management, and internal communications for the insurance company. Praveen brings more than two decades of experience in strategic communications, reputation and public affairs, having held senior roles across the public sector, in-house corporates and agencies such as the Singapore Economic Development Board, Ministry of Law, Meta, Brunswick, and Leon Communications.
