Belle Taylor begins as Principal Media Advisor

Joanna Leyland has stepped into the role of Head of Communications, New Zealand for Lactalis New Zealand (formerly Fonterra). Since joining the business in 2022 as Senior Communications Manager, Joanna has led a wide range of strategic communications programmes, supporting business transformation and stakeholder engagement. She brings a wealth of experience from senior in-house roles across the telecommunications and banking sectors. 

Adam Vincenzini has been brought in as Director of Brand, Strategy and Communications at independent Australian music and events company, Untitled Group. He has returned to Melbourne after seven and a half years in the UK at international consumer goods company, PMI, most recently as a Director within the Global Communications function. Prior to this, Adam worked at a number of national and international creative and communications agencies, including his own agency, which he founded in 2013. 

Hans Trees has been appointed as Global Head of Communications, Senior Vice President and member of the Extended Executive Committee at Lonza, effective 1 September 2026.

He succeeds David Carter, who has led the company's communications function since 2019.

Hans joins from Roche, where he most recently served as Global Head of External Engagement. During his 11 years with the pharmaceutical company, he held a number of leadership roles across its Pharmaceuticals Division and Group functions.

Prior to Roche, Hans worked in management consulting at Aon and investment banking at Rothschild.
