alt/shift/ announces promotions to newly created practice head roles

Independent creative communications agency alt/shift/ has promoted four senior team members to newly created Practice Head roles to oversee the agency�s national offering.

Alycia Jack has stepped into the Head of PR role, where she will lead the agency's modern earned approach, ensuring strategies and campaigns are built for a social-first landscape. She has been at the agency for almost six years, leading the consumer portfolio in Melbourne.

With a client portfolio that includes Officeworks, Intrepid Travel, Bakers Delight and Dylan Alcott Foundation, Alycia's experience spans PR, creative, content, experiential and partnerships, as well as corporate profiling.

Damian Davitt will continue his role as Head of Social and Content, leading a multidisciplinary team delivering work across organic and paid platforms. His client portfolio includes Boost Juice, Ausbuild, TAC, Origin Energy and Y Careers.

Leading the agency's government, education and corporate portfolio, Sophie Truter has moved into the role of Head of Integrated. She will be utilising creative strategy to deliver effective engagement and impact, and will oversee creative-led integrated behaviour change campaigns, including work with the TAC, Victorian Department of Health, Sustainability Victoria, and Cancer Council Victoria.

Previously leading operations across the agency, Sofya Daroy has transitioned into the role of People, Performance and Culture Director. In this role, Sofya will focus on elevating how the agency supports talent development, feedback and growth.

Prior to this role, she was the Co-Owner and Director of Adhesive PR for 10 years. Previous to that, Myf founded and headed up Frank PR, which opened in 2009 in Sydney, following three years that she spent working at their London HQ. She has over 20 years of Communications experience under her belt.

Dylan May has been appointed Senior Communications and Media Adviser at the Victorian Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action. He finished eight and a half years at the Australian Renewable Energy Agency, leading the Media and Public Affairs team. Prior to this, Dylan gained in-house experience in the education and public safety sectors.
