Adam Welch moves in-house as Director, Communications, Asia

Adam Welch has joined Sun Life as Director, Communications, Asia. Based in Hong Kong, he is responsible for external communications for the region across media, digital platforms, executive positioning, and thought leadership.

Adam brings more than 16 years of experience spanning corporate communications, executive profiling, digital content strategy, and crisis management. He was most recently with Edelman as a Director in the corporate reputation practice, advising regional and global organisations including AXA Investment Managers, Cathay Pacific, Estée Lauder Companies, Microsoft, and Prudential.

Prior to that, Adam held senior in‑house communications leadership roles at AIA and EY and spent nearly eight years with Commonwealth Bank of Australia across Sydney and Hong Kong.
