Adrian Pardede has moved from Indonesia to Japan to take on a new role as Director Marketing Communications at The Ritz-Carlton, Fukuoka. In his appointment, he oversees the hotel’s marketing, public relations, and communications strategies, strengthening its brand presence in Japan’s southern region.

Adrian brings nearly 12 years of experience in cluster marketing and communications with Four Seasons Resorts Bali (Jimbaran Bay and Sayan), where he most recently served as Assistant Director of Public Relations & Communications.

Bas Bolyn has relocated to Copenhagen and has started a new role as Global Head of Communications at logistics company, Svitzer. He joined the team in 2022 at Svitzer Australia as Head of Communications & Corporate Affairs. Prior to this, Bas gained in-house experience within the government and defence sectors, as well as agency-side.

Anna Warby has commenced at energy storage system developer, Enervest as Brand and Communications Lead. She has finished nearly six years at Lendlease, most recently as External Affairs Manager NSW/ACT. Prior to this, Anna worked in-house within the NFP and mining sectors, and holds PR experience in both Australia and France.
