Frank Chan has been appointed Director of Strategic Communications at Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC). In his new capacity, he oversees all communications activities at the government agency, spanning public relations, media engagement, branding and reputation, content, and events.
Frank has accumulated more than 25 years of communications experience from various sectors, including telecommunications, manufacturing, and education.
