Hong Kong-based consultancy, Snowball, has welcomed Cecilia Chan as Senior Consultant. In her new role, she is tasked with crafting branding strategies for Snowball's consulting services that drive business growth, enhance visibility, and strengthen market positioning for both startups and established brands.
Cecilia brings with her more than two decades of experience in leading regional comms, external relations, branding, marketing, and business growth for businesses across Asia Pacific. She most recently completed her dual roles at Colliers as Head of Marketing & Communications, Hong Kong and Senior Director of Marketing, Valuation and Advisory Services, Asia.

Swissnex in China, the Science Consulate of Switzerland in China, has promoted Langyuan Ma to Communications Manager. The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) has appointed Agnes Tsang as Associate Vice-President (Communications and Public Relations) for a term of three years.
Overseeing the Office of Communications and Public Relations, Agnes is tasked with leading the University’s long-term communication strategy, strategic events management, community relations, and brand-building functions. She further supports senior management in internal and external stakeholder and partner relations.
Agnes was formerly the Head of External Affairs at Rosewood Hotel Group and Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group. Prior to that, she was the Hong Kong Director of an international communications advisory firm contracted for a HKSAR Government branding project, the Government Relations and Public Affairs Director of an international business chamber, and a Senior Researcher at the Central Policy Unit of the HKSAR Government.
Following roles at international risk consultancies, the LegCo, Hong Kong Standard, and Reuters, Agnes also supported strategic communications and policy advocacy for NGOs, including WWF Hong Kong and Mother’s Choice.
An alumna of the University, Agnes commented on her appointment, "It is my honour to return to CUHK to serve in a capacity that supports the University’s communications and public relations efforts. With CUHK’s rising academic and student excellence, there are many great stories to be told to share our positive impact and build closer connections with the community.
